The cleaning policy could use improvement with more options for guests!!! Instead of just a 'do not disturb' sign, why not offer choices like trash pickup or towel replacement? The spa also needs better maintenance. the hot pool water gets dirty at night!!!

The triple room was perfect for our group. We had a ton of space, fitting in 4 large luggages was a breeze. Having the toilet, bath, and wash area separated was super convenient. Plus, getting free laundry was a nice bonus! Amenities at the reception were great as well.

Family with children relaxing stay
After walking all day, we found the onsen and sauna to be perfect to help relax our bodies. , The breakfast buffet had a great variety that really hit the spot for everyone in the family.
It wasn't cheap if you think about it, but it was still acceptable.
